That’s why this model is designed with a replaceable water pump (unlike other products that have a built-in pump), specifically for users in areas with hard water, to reduce maintenance costs.If you need to replace the water pump, feel free to contact the store anytime.

White dust forms when minerals in hard water evaporate into the air. To minimize this, use distilled water or demineralization cartridges.

Clean your humidifier every 1-2 weeks to prevent mold and bacteria buildup, more often if you use it daily.

The following products all come with essential oil boxes. Generally, the essential oil box is on the back. Also, please avoid adding essential oil directly to the plastic compartment or the water. Make sure to place a sponge or tissue in the compartment before adding the oil to prevent the plastic from getting corroded.

With proper maintenance, a humidifier can last 3-5 years. Cleaning and replacing parts like the water pump when necessary will extend its life.
